35 yr male, non smoker, non alcoholic presented with an ulcer over the lateral border of his tongue of one year duration. Biopsy was taken which showed it to be a Squamous Cell Carcinoma. Imaging showed enlarged lymph nodes. Wide local excision of the lesion with Modified Radical Neck Dissection was done and the defect reconstructed with a Free Lateral ArmFlap. .
30 yr male presented with avulsion of his right middle finger when his ring got stuck to a gate. He had near total amputation of the ring finger at level of pip joint. Skeletal architecture and tendons were intact upto the dip joint level. A groin flap was planned for reconstructing the finger. .
